EVOCRUX SOLUTIONS LLP (“Evocrux”, “we”) is a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACM-0045), based at Unit 101, Oxford Towers, 139, HAL Old Airport Rd, Kodihalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008. This policy covers the website at evocrux.com. Our group companies (OnboardHive, Pesterly, StepProof and AI Consultancy Group) run their own products and have their own privacy policies.

• Information you send us. If you email or call us, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
• Call bookings. When you book a call, the booking form is provided by NeetoCal. It collects your name, email, chosen time and any answers you give, and shares them with us.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

This site has no account system, no contact form that stores data, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

To reply to enquiries, schedule and hold calls, scope and deliver work if you become a client, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations.

Only service providers that help us run the site and our conversations: Vercel (hosting), NeetoCal (call booking) and our email and calendar providers. They process data under their own terms and policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to respond and, where we work together, for the duration of the relationship and the period after it that the law requires. Then we delete them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@evocrux.com. Depending on where you live (including India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the EU/UK under GDPR) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our providers may process data outside India, including in the US and EU. We rely on those providers’ safeguards for such transfers.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
